Seattle Children’s Hospital Aspergillus Representation
The Stritmatter Firm and Layman Law Firm filed a class action lawsuit against Seattle Children’s Hospital for exposing vulnerable children to life-threatening Aspergillus mold, requiring that they undergo preventative testing and treatment. That testing and treatment harmed, and delayed essential medical treatment for, many of the children. The lawsuit alleges medical negligence and a dangerous premises at the hospital between December 2, 2016, and November 2019.
